I built my career managing global web and app platforms and launching high-frequency digital products serving over 90 million users worldwide, spanning peak traffic events handling nearly 6 million API requests per day.
I hold top-tier certifications, including ITIL®4 Strategic Leader and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), allowing me to combine structured enterprise governance with the speed and flexibility of modern Agile delivery.
I oversaw digital platform and e-commerce support for Manchester United, a sports club with the largest and most demanding fanbase in the world. I held service relationships within the betting industry with tier one partners such as Bet365, Flutter Entertainment Group, and Entain. I am now working within the financial services sector.
